Ikea fun

Visited Ikea with him and Alvina last Sunday after my facial appointment!
Main purpose there was to actually get some stuffs to decorate our room :D
And whilst shopping, we spotted tons of beautiful decorative stuffs along the way which we thought would be suitable for our room..but sadly it's way over our budget ):
Tight pockets we've got now, cze we're currently saving uppppppp!
So..might be dragging Mum and Dad down with us when we've the spare time and maybe bug them to get it for us! Hehe
Morever, Mum once suggested to revamp our room though until now it's only all talk no actions kinda thing /:

It's a f.129 bucks for the big one if i dint remember wrongly!

Might be changing to this simple double decker bed!
Love simplicity. But it's currently OOS.

Anyway we just got a simple pink rack to store our spare plastic bags, a heart shaped ice cube tray, and..

Visited the new Nex mall with him located at Serangoon the next day, monday!

While fixing the lights on Sunday..
Him: Sian, dont feel like going school tmr.
Me: Then dont go lor. (in a joking manner)
Him: Huh rly ah, ok lor.
Me: Wah, steadyyyy.

Haha, and so we decided to explore the new Nex mall!
Honestly speaking, if you're searching for a place which has tons of food outlets..i suppose Nex is the best choice?
They have an amazingly huge variety of food as compared to other malls and i feel that the ratio of food to shopping outlets is 2:1? /:
Hmm..

And imma happy girl cze i finally found my polkadot wallet!!
The one which i couldn't get at FEP, plus they are retailing at a much cheaper price too.
Hehe and i wna go back to this particular shop, Liz Nana(if i'm not wrong)!!
They got super beautiful apparels there, all imported i guess?
But that is if i've saved enough /:

Tmr's the last day of 2010 already, oh how time flies~
No plans for the countdown tmr yet though.
Just wna find a nice spot to view the fireworks, shall decide tmr.

It's Xmas!!

Am waiting for my piano teacher to arrive soon so in the meanwhile i figured out that since i still have some spare time to spare..i'll blog first!

So in a blink of an eye, Christmas has already ended and soon we'll be counting down to a brand new year, 2011 in like what..2days time?!?! GOD, TIME FLIES.
Till now i'm still without any plans for the countdown yet, still cracking my brains on where to head to.
Any ideas??

Anyway, spent my Christmas this year @ Vivo!
Alvina suggested a family dinner @ Marche and so we arrived earlier to shop around first before having Dad to join us during evening time after his work.

Tiny size pineapple! It was pretty much infested with ants though, eww.

Huge ass lime.

Initially i wanted to have another picture taken at night but the heavy downpour just had to ruin my plan!! ):

Sigh, f.downpour had to spoil everything! Ohwell.

Got pretty bored at one period of time and we went around snapping pictures like this..

Too bad the camera cant rly focus well on my fingers, haha!

Ringing Dad up!

And finally he arrived!
Went to join the super long Q at Marche, waited for quite a fare bit of time before it's our turn.

Been longing for their rosti for so long already!

Their crepe(foc, haha! you'll know why later on) is heavenly man, and of cze not forgetting the all time favourite: ROSTI!
Even the Q for the rosti is inevitably long man, as compared to other stalls.

Super in ❤ with the ambience there!

Anyway, there's one point of time whereby the machines there were kinda down and though they told us that the food we ordered were already punched into the card...
Guess what!! When we checked out at the cashier, to our surprise about a quarter of the food we ordered weren't charged inside!
Food like the ice cream, fondue, crepe etc.
Hahaha, spell awesome please!! :D

The hilarious thing was only Alvina noticed this among the 5 of us AND that is only the next day morning when she went through the receipt and realised it!
Hahaha, bet Marche must have made a huge loss that night though /:

If i'd known sucha scenario would occur, i would have took the log cake/pastries alreadyyyyy!
Damn, i know i sound like one cheapo bitch but seriously who wouldn't want such free deals?!?!
Unless you admit you're not a Singaporean then!?

Got some loots from F21 as well!
Got to watch my pocket now as i'm currently saving up for the Bangkok trip next year!

I thought it was a rather innovative idea of her friend to do that.
Popping presents at doorsteps and acting all anonymous.
The thrill of receiving it and guessing who it was from is..FUN!

But sadly, i dont have such surprises this year!
Haha.

Twisterrrrrr

As mentioned, i accompanied Joelyn down to Tampines 1 last week for her hair appointment @ Twister!

Say hello to her new hair colour!!
Anyway it's in a much darker tone as compared to her previous colour, and i feel this range of color tone suits her better!
Makes her look extra feminine rather then the blonde colour which she had previously :D

And thanks to her, i managed to enter the Twister spa corner for a while to relax & indulge in the oh so comfy atmosphere while she was undergoing her hair treatment. Hehe.

Watching some Magic shows being played while at the spa corner!

Might consider booking an appointment there to redye my hair when CNY is approaching (:

Off to Paya Lebar next to settle her bf's stuffs.
Had Delifrance for our super late lunch then off to townnnnnnnn :D

Merry Christmasssssssssss!

Met up with Sharon the day before Christmas eve to town to hunt for Christmas gifts and of cze for a little retail therapy as well :D

Been sucha long time since i last shopped with her too!

Accompanied her for her lunch @ FEP first before starting our massive hunt.
Went to a couple of shopping malls but sadly at the end of the day, we dint even managed to get the gifts at all -.-
We literally combed all the malls located along the stretch of Orchard road, but still to our dismay..we got nothing for our other half /:
It's sucha chore shopping for guy's presents, i swearrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I'd rather shop for woman's one cze in a way it's much cheaper and the variety is of cze way more as compared to guys, agree?

So we ended up shopping for our stuffs instead, haha!

Went back to Cineleisure to check if there are new stocks for the polkadot bag but sadly no, and they'll not be bringing in anymore ):
Sighhhhhhhhhhhh!

Went Pastamania for a bite before continuing our shopping again, hehe.

Went to take pictures of the lightings and all around town as well, practically behaving like tourists but whateverrrr..it's fun! :D

They got the tree donned in a lovely shade of purplefor this Christmas!

The interior is still pretty much the same though.

Somehow the mood for Christmas this year is pretty mundane?

Oh wait, blame the rain rather!
Haha, it just couldn't stop raining until now -.-
